“Living with Epilepsy.” “Let’s talk about it.”

Good Morning to all my friends near and far!

This morning as I began writing my blog listening to my favorite music from: Train, Gavin Degraw and of course Chuck Thomas  (amazing lyrics in all of their songs) , these artists all had to take a chance in life and yes they all have doubted how far they could actually go in the music business to get where they are today.  A favorite quote came to me.

“Whenever you find yourself doubting how far you can go, just remember how far you have come.  Remember everything you have faced, all the battles you have won, and all the fears you have overcome.”-Unknown

So for you my friends, push yourself out of your comfort zone. Many that have the  diagnosis of epilepsy struggle with exiting their comfort zone.  You will not get where you need to go sitting in your “safe zone.” Yes, the “safe zone” will not help you grow into what your full potential is.  We all have our fear called “what and  if”. “What or if”I take that chance and not succeed.  But, when you put the words ” what if together” they take on a very exciting and powerful meaning.  What if I open that business I always wanted to open, or what if I go to Grad. School, or what if I take a leap into that relationship. Wow… How exciting for all of you.. This belief in yourself will help you strive for success, not only in your what your dream may be but also in your relationships.  Trust me… step out of your “safe zone”, you will be happy that you did.  I believe in you. Have a wonderful day.
