Today as I enjoy the beautiful weather, it reminds me of how fortunate we all are to be given another day. Yes, life can be a challenge at times during these challenging times we need to step back, take a deep breath and take the time to smell the roses and appreciate what we have in front of us. Personally, I have seen so many people take life for granted, have held grudges with family members as well as with friends. You must take a few moments out to question yourself, and maybe alter your behavior. Peace, love and true happiness is what we all should strive for. There are so many challenges and struggles once one has been diagnosed with Epilepsy, having a positive outlook on life and Keeping your family and friends close to you for guidance, strength and love is so important. Family isn’t always blood, it is those people in your life who love you for who you are and want you to be a part of their life no matter what. Thank you all for supporting me on my endeavors to change how Epilepsy is viewed in today’s society and make a true difference through my Advocacy.
Remember…. Epilepsy, Let’s talk about it.
