“Living with Epilepsy.” Let’s talk about it.”

Good Evening!

Earbuds in, listening to the Sara Bareilles  song “I Choose You”, the lyrics touch a deeper part of the heart and soul.  Add this song to your playlist, you won’t regret it.  Thank you to my loyal followers, you have assisted in my ability to make a difference in the lives of many who have been diagnosed with Epilepsy.   I do hope that I have given enlightenment to those who have been diagnosed with Epilepsy as well as those who are supporters of those diagnosed.  Upcoming events to support the Epilepsy Foundation of Connecticut  are “Sharon’s Ride.Run.Walk For Epilepsy, this will take place May 13th in West Haven, CT., If you have any questions or would like to sign up a team please contact The Epilepsy Foundation at (860) 346-1924.  Looking forward to meeting you on May 13th as well as May 21 in Tolland, Connecticut.

This beautiful weather brings many together, friends as well as lovers.  When choosing to be a part of a relationship, either romantic or friendship, it is important that this special person that we are adding to our lives be a good fit, both emotionally and spiritually.  Adding the right person can be so uplifting and positive to all aspects of your life, basically they become “the cherry on the sundae” of your life. Adding a relationship that may be the wrong fit to your life can add unwanted stressors and anxiety that are unnecessary as well as unhealthy.  So, take care of you.. Love yourself first..Then add your perfect relationship fit into your life.  I believe in you and am so very excited for your upcoming happiness.

Matt, thank you…

“Love yourself, accept yourself, forgive yourself & be good to yourself, because without you the rest of us are without a source of many wonderful things.” – Dr. Leonard Buscaglia

Remember.. Epilepsy.. Let’s talk about it.

Keep smiling,

Maria
