“Living with Epilepsy.” “Let’s talk about it.”

Good Morning Friends,

Earbuds in listening to my favorite country song by Rascal Flatts “My Wish”.  If you do not already have it added to your playlist I highly suggest that you add it.  The lyrics are powerful and filled with love. This song has a strong connection to my heart.

Today, I want for all of us to take only 5 minutes to pray and reflect on our world and the beauty and love each and every one of us contributes to it.  It only takes a minute to give someone a smile or share kind words “have a good day”, is so easy to pass on to one another.  We have the ability to help change the world we live in through small, random acts of kindness that can be carried on everyday.  You never know what burden another is carrying.  I want to thank U.S Senator Richard Blumenthal and Senator Chris Murphy and U.S Representative Rosa Delauro, for reaching out to me with phone calls and kind letters of intent for wanting to help Epilepsy Research.  This was truly an honor. My goal is to help through legislation and change how Epilepsy is seen today. Epilepsy Research and Epilepsy outreach programming in each town should be developed. The funding for Epilepsy Research needs to change in the near future. We rely on Legislation.

“It’s not how much we give but how much LOVE  we put into giving.” – Mother Theresa

Remember. Epilepsy..just talk about it..

Keep Smiling,
